In case of a reservation we will advise you whether the tours on the requested dates are available. To hold your reservation, we ask for a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount. This can be through Paypal (USD). Once payments are made, we will confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be due up to the day before the tour through Paypal or on arrival in cash (USD or pesos). You could also pay the remaining balance by card (only pesos).
By official disposition, please bring with you your passport on the tours. In case there is a police check point, they may ask you to show it.
Cancellation Policy:In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the tour departure. there will be no refund of 50% ot the total amount + paypal costs. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the tour departure there will be no refund.
