PREVENTIVE MEASURES COVID-19 VIRUS & FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

MEXIGO TOURS is internationally certified to provide you a SAFE service. These are some of the measures we are taking to prevent the spread of the coronavirus:

– Small groups (reduced capacity of our vehicles) or private tours on demand

– Temperature check

– Use of face mask (we’ll provide you one if required)

– Regular use of hand sanitizer

– Keeping healthy distance

– Constant sanitizing of the vehicles

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation due to the Covid-19 virus (infection, flight canceled), we will refund you 100% of what you paid by showing a medical certificate or flight cancellation receipt that accredits it.
